Tell It To The Judge -- Dayne Popped for DUI

TMZ has learned '80s sensation Taylor Dayne was popped for DUI back on March 6. Poor thing even gets arrested in this town and no one notices.

Cops say the 46-year-old Dayne was arrested around 1:00 A.M. after she failed field sobriety tests.

The L.A. County D.A. has charged the singer with one count of misdemeanor DUI. Dayne's attorney, Scott Spindel, tells us she was originally stopped for speeding. He claims she blew below the legal limit -- .07 -- but is being charged for blowing above the legal limit. He says they "intend to vigorously fight this case."

She'll be back in court on June 2.

Remy Shoots Off on Victim

You'd think that after being convicted by a jury and being sentenced to eight years in state prison, Remy Ma might be a tiny bit repentant about shooting her ex-friend Makeda Barnes-Joseph.

But oh no she isn't: Yesterday, on New York's Hot 97 with Miss Jones, Remy called in to blast her accuser after Barnes herself called in to set the record straight. Four priceless words: "My stomach is crazy!"

If you thought Remy was out of control before, you're not going to believe this s**t!

Hook-ups
Ashlee's Wedding Pics Pimped to People

At least someone cares enough to pay cold hard cash for pregnant bride Ashlee Simpson's wedding pics!
Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson
Sources tell us People mag is shelling out "well over" one milllll-ion dollars (yes, as in seven figures) for pictures of Ash and guylinered Pete Wentz. That's probably more than she's made -- total -- from her "singing."

For their part, the mag says, "We're thrilled that celebrities continue to choose PEOPLE as the place to share their most intimate photos. We do not comment on specifics of any deals."

Real Uncle Murda Busted With Fake ID

Uncle Murda arrested at LAXRapper Uncle Murda ("Your Mother's Brother That Murdas" - according to his MySpace page) was arrested at LAX last night - for having a fake I.D. Since when does anyone over 21 run around with a fake I.D.?

Airport security pulled the bad Uncle out of line for having a suspicious looking I.D. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that the rapper paid $500 for the phony card. He could have saved around $450 with a quick trip to Downtown LA. We're just sayin'.

The rapper was taken to the police station where he was cited and released. His court date has been set for June 4.

Thriller Zombies to Drool On Library of Congress

Thriller added to Library of CongressThe Library of Congress has chosen Michael Jackson's ghoul-orious "Thriller" album to add to its National Recording Registry, deeming it "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant." After all, no mere mortal can resist...

Michael's train wreck of a face might also be considered "aesthetically significant." We're just sayin'.

Jackson's 1982 best selling album of all time was the most contemporary of the 25 recordings picked with nothing being added from the 21st century. What, is Flo Rida not culturally significant?

The funk of 40,000 years indeed.

Imagine Me and You, I'll Sue

Two members of the 60's group, The Turtles (you know, "Happy Together'), have sued Capitol Records over an Ice Cube song -- bitches!
Click to read the documents!
According to the suit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Flo & Eddie recorded a song in 1972 for The Turtles called "Buzzsaw." The suit claims the song was sampled in a rap song by Ice Cube called "Jackin' for Beats." Flo & Eddie allege Capital signed a deal for the derivative song but went beyond the agreement to make even more money.

Flo & Eddie want minimum $25,000 but not more than $70,000. We know, it's weird to set a limit when you sue.

Capital, Eddie & Flo -- not happy together.

Washed-Up Rapper Now Locked Up Rapper

Dayum that's a long time! A judge has just sentenced Remy Ma to eight years in the slammer for shooting a woman outside a NYC nightclub. She had faced up to 25 years.
Remy Ma
Remy, whose real name is Reminisce Smith, cried as she heard the sentence, claiming last summer's shooting was an "accident." Her lawyer says he'll appeal.

Adding more ridiculousness to her drama, correction officers at Rikers Island say they called off Remy's weekend wedding at the jail after her fiance, rapper Papoose, tried to sneak in a handcuff key! He was kicked off the island and told he couldn't come back for six months. That's gonna hurt those conjugal visits!

Kid Rock: Devil With a Cause

Kid RockThere is a group of people Kid Rock loves more than strippers -- Boy Scouts. No, not like that.

Troop 631 of the Oviedo Boy Scouts in Orlando, Fl. had their $5,600 trailer stolen, which contained $4,000 in camping gear as well. Kid Rock read about the heist -- he happened to be in town on tour -- and told the troop he would cut a check to help them make their summer camping trip to Tennessee.

Hopefully he didn't pay it all in singles.

Suge Knight: Click to view!
As we first reported, Suge was at Shag nightclub when he began arguing with a man he had been talking with. Our spy overheard Suge say, "I want my money!" Suge and his peeps beat the guy to the ground, but the man landed a right hook on Suge's face, knocking him out for around three minutes.

We obtained these photos of a bloody Suge just after the incident.

Suge was taken to the hospital where LAPD officers arrived, but he refused to file a report.

Suge to LAPD: I'll Handle My Own Ass Kicking

Suge KnightLaw enforcement sources tell TMZ after Suge Knight was knocked out at a club last night, he refused to deal with cops.

As we first reported, Suge and his peeps beat up a guy at an L.A. club last night, but the victim landed a punch that caused Suge to go Knighty night. We're told after Suge was taken into a nearby SUV, a woman got in the driver's seat, pulled forward and hit a car, then put it in reverse and hit another car. She was taken from the car by security, and someone else drove Suge away from the scene.

Suge was taken to a hospital, and LAPD officers arrived shortly thereafter, but Suge was uncooperative and refused to file a police report.

Wonder if it had to do with the "money deal" that apparently triggered the fight.
