50 Cent, Fergie -- Cha-Ching in the New Year

Nobody loves New Year's Eve like celebrities -- because unlike you, stars like 50 Cent, Pete Wentz and the Black Eyed Peas get paid a ton of cash to show up and party.

According to sources at NewYearsEve.com, Fergie Ferg and the rest of the Peas will be kissing some serious green come midnight -- taking in more than $700,000 to show up and perform at LAX at the Luxor. As for the rest...

50 Cent -- $100,000 for a party at Pure at Caesars Palace.
LMFAO -- $75,000 to perform at a place called Silk in Temecula
Pete Wentz -- $30,000 to hang at Jet Nightclub in Vegas
Nik Richie (the guy from TheDirty.com) -- $20,000 to appear at Pure in Vegas

The cheapest of the group: Brody Jenner, who's pulling in a measly $10K to party at the Hotel Ganesvoort in Miami.

Rough life.

50 Cent Enjoys the Spread in German Brothel

50 Cent hit up a real, working brothel in Germany last night, but he wasn't there to play -- dude was there to work!

50 Cent

Fiddy put on a concert inside the nightclub section of the famous Pascha brothel in Cologne -- the largest working brothel in Europe.

Fortunately, 50 also took some time to enjoy the sights.

Ze Germans Express Furor with 50 Cent's Peeps

A German promotional company is calling bull-schnitzel on 50 Cent's agents -- claiming the William Morris Endeavor agency charged them $125,000 to negotiate for a concert that never happened.

 50 Cent

Ze company, Major Movez, claims all they wanted to do was talk with Fiddy's peeps about ze possibility of booking ze rapper for a concert in Graz, Austria in ze summer of 2009.

But according to ze lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, WME claimed it would cost ze German's $125k for ze opportunity to negotiate -- with no promise of a deal -- and if the deal fell through, "WME would return the entire amount."

Ze Germans claim they ponied up -- but when ze deal eventually crumbled, they never got their $125,000 back.

Now they're taking WME to court, where they are demanding ze swift return of their Deutsche Marks.

Fiddy's Fortress -- Back on Da Market

50 Cent needs to wave his Magic Stick if he hopes to sell his Connecticut mega-mansion ... he just slashed the price another few million bucks in desperation.

50 Cent's Mansion For Sale

Fiddy says he's fed up with the 2-hour, too long commute to New York City and wants to trade in the 19-bedroom, 37-bath pad for a cut down crib in the city -- it was $18.5 million, then $14.5 million and now it's only $10.9 million.

50 shelled out $4.1 million for the 17-acre estate -- but says he spent $6 million on urgent upgrades like a disco complete with stripper poles.

50 Cent's Mansion War -- Game Over

50 Cent50 Cent finally buried the hatchet in the legal war over his 52-room Connecticut mansion -- and not one person had to get shot.

Moments ago, Fiddy reached settlement with the engineering firm he accused of misleading him about repairs and renovations on the ridiculously huge estate before he bought it from Mike Tyson.

Fiddy claims he never would have bought the crumbling mansion had the firm he hired to inspect it done a proper job. Repairs for the house were estimated by the company at $500,000 -- 50 Cent says he has shelled out millions.

So far, details on the settlement are being kept under wraps.

'I, 50 Cent, Swear to Tell the Truth ...'

50 Cent was his own best witness in court yesterday -- taking the stand in a case over a 52-room Connecticut mansion he bought from Mike Tyson.

50 Cent

Fitty -- who's worth a reported $150 mil -- is all pissed off because he claims he hired an inspection company to go through the place before he bought it -- and they told him it would only cost around $500,000 to fix up.

But the rapper claims he was misled -- and after he bought it, the real fix-up cost was around $3 mil.

The inspection company is stickin' by their story. The trial is still going on today...

50 Cent Screws Rap Rival with Revenge Porn Tape

2Pac vs Biggie, it ain't -- but now the beef between 50 Cent and Rick Ross has reached a whole new level ... and it involves a homemade porn tape.

The feud between the two rappers -- one popular, one not -- has included animated videos, radio station disses and a video where 50 Cent took another of Ross' baby mamas shopping for clothes.

Fitty Won't Have to Pony Up 50% to Babymama

50 Cent50 Cent's baby mama won't be able to take half his loot, a judge just ruled in New York.

A Supreme Court judge just dismissed Shaniqua Tompkins' claim to half the rapper's assets, which she had estimated at $50 million. Tompkins is the mama of Fitty's 11-year-old son.

The judge said in her judgment the relationship was "an unfortunate tale of a love relationship gone sour." Both sides had filed memorable affidavits detailing their pillow talk -- she claimed 50 promised to take care of her "for life."

Didn't work for Babymama, but her lawyer says he could file an appeal.

Brett Kimmel, 50 Cent's attorney, tells TMZ, "Ms. Tompkins's claims pertaining to a $50 million verbal contract were entirely frivolous. In dismissing the case before trial, the court is sending a clear message. This is a complete and total victory for 50." 50 himself added, "I'm very thankful for this decision. I knew that once the facts were heard that justice would prevail. I hope now that we can put this behind us and move forward with our lives."
