Britney Wheeled Out on a Gurney!!

OMG THE DRAMA! TMZ is there as Britney Spears was just wheeled out of her home on a gurney by paramedics. Look at that shot of her inside the ambulance -- she's frickin' smiling! Why God, why?!?

Once in the ambulance, paramedics can be seen trying to strap her legs down before taking off.

Britney Spears: Click to watchWe're told Britney is being taken to a local hospital on a "medical hold" -- essentially a mental evaluation. Cops found her earlier this evening at her home under the influence of an "unknown substance."

Cops were called to the popnightmare's home in Beverly Hills this evening, after she reportedly refused to return custody of her two kids to their father's bodyguard. Oh, the insanity of it all!

UPDATE: Britney has arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. We're told as she was brought out of the ambulance, she flipped off the waiting paparazzi. Oh my God. That Britney's shameless!

123. Also...how can you blame sites like TMZ, Perez Hilton or any of the media in general? She courts the media. She invites them into the bathroom and her hotel room. She lives for this. That is certainly NOT the root of all of her problems.

124. You people crying over Britney need to get a life. You need to chose an idol more deserving of your affection. She is nothing special. It is accepted that she can not sing, she doesn't play an instrument, she does not write music, she can not act, she is not very smart, no deductive reasoning, she is addicted to attention, she has no morals, no proper upbringing, no family support, no husband, no real friends, no plan for life. Just a bunch of hanger ons milking her for her money and a peice of her fame. She is the female Mike Tyson. She will be broke in a year and filing bancruptsy. She will soon be 30 and fat. People will always want her to make a comeback and she will be the favored guest of Oprah and other shows until the tire of her. She will be a spokeswoman for Jenny Craig and Anothony Robbins. She will be the new Anna Nicole " Trainwreck" Smith

125. The homeless people with mental illness were not always homeless. They are homeless because they are mentally ill. Some of those people lost good-paying jobs and had their families turn their backs on them, so to say you feel pity for them and not Britney doesn't make sense. It is not just an issue of resources. Being rich or middle class does not make immune from suffereing from a mental illness.

I have personally had the priviledge in spending 2 hours with Britney at that same house and in those 2 short hours of knowing her I have realized who's behind her problem is this so called assistant Sam. Gave me a negative impression that he's there working for his own benefits. The reason I say this is because he never seemed that he was there for her when she needed him around. She is lonely and he takes advantage of that, but honestly Britney has a great heart and she needs the love of her kids because she loves them more than anything and I realized it that night speaking with her. She needs to get rid of Sam and those "vitamins" he keeps giving her. He's the one to accuse of her being late to her court hearings. Honestly, this doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that SAM wants Kevin to keep the kids because he's working against Britney and she blindly doesn't see it because of those "vitamins". Watch out Britney, Sam will bring you down with an overdose right after you lose complete custody. They? want your money.

MyFox LA is reporting "A second Los Angeles Fire Department ambulance with a child believed to be aboard left from Britney Spears' Studio City home The ambulances were headed for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Spears was detained to evaluate what substance she was under the influence of when officers came to her Studio City home."
