737. O.K. all you pity poohs who think she needs help and she's sick and she's NOT RESPONSIBLE for any of her troubles. You forget, how many times has this spoiled brat been in and out of treatment?? Needs help but won't do anything for herself to recover!! Give me a break! Life has slapped her in the face soooo many times and the chick just don't get it. Growing up might help, stop thinking I'm Brit, got money, famous, people love me no matter what I do. If this was Jane Q public and there are thousands of them, the kids would of been gone long ago! I don't care if it's Brit Smears or anyone else, grow up, be a MOM, put down the pipe or bottle or whatever and be responsible for your own actions, (good or bad)! All the sympathy/empathy, caring loving words won't help this wreck, and apparently she ain't hit her ROCK BOTTOM yet. I'd hate to see what it's gonna take for her to clean up her act. I don't hate Brit, don't know her, but what I've seen leaves an unfavorable impression. If she don't like the lime light go away, get a room with MJ, he's good at hiding. Stop thinking your above it all, cuz your not, and I wouldn't trade spots with you or KF for all the money in the world.

739. I've no pitty for her, if she wants to get better she would have shown an interest. She needs to get help (obviously) and if not for herself, she needs to do it for he kids. For crying out loud she isn't a child anymore she is twenty something she needs to stop smelling the coke and smell the coffee. I've known strugling mother younger than her doing everything they can and who feels pitty for them??? And the publics doesn't make her who she is, we didn't force her into the lifestyle she has. 744. I wish you people could say nice things about her like you did before all of this craziness in her life Look at your own lives... I am sure you all have skeletons in your closets and are ashamed of things you have done. Life can suck sometimes and hers sucks now. She is a young woman who had everyone worshiping her and watching her every move. Now she has hit hard times and the media is making her out to be an idiot. THE MEDIA IS THE PROBLEM, not Britney. 750. 291. Hello people...someone needs to come to the aid of this alarming disease being hidden in the closet for years, BIPOLAR DISORDER!! DISEASE the people who have it, and their families suffer tremendously...She is a very sick, sick, woman and needs lithium or better , a regimen of blood tests, sponsors, etc., No wonder her family is so unwilling to stop her a pre super bowl party? they can't be this ignorant are they??! It appears however broken they are over this, their too ignorant to realize this is a very serious mental health problem nevertheless..

It's sad when TMZ has to tell Britney's parents she needs so much love and care...plus treatment..I hope the hospital in CA... has been successful...however it sounds it's unlikely...because when a bipolar has a manic attack...they act just like Britney, then after med's a few days they feel great! and don't need their med's anymore..what a nightmare..sounds to me Britney has no clue....what she has is so destructive.

she can and will survive this if it's caught early...This disease never address and her life will be one mess after another until she finally decides to take her own life...This is serious people!
People of America unite! Come help this "girl" ...not this poor young starlet..she needs a decent fight.

The media should be ashamed yet proud of themselves they have made this story possible.
Harvey Levin is a decent guy, he needs to figure out how to help her...Nobody is going to help her unless she is treated.... this illness...It's a real challenge for doctors to tolerate these patients....
